Monoblock
The monoblock is a simple and cost effective LV termination for use up to 1.1kV and 4 000A. The monoblocks are designed in accordance with EN50336, this is an updated version of the historical standards BS2562. All bushings manufactured by BTRAC also comply with IEC 60137. According to the standards we can offer 4 current ratings 1 700A, 2 500A, 3 150A and 4 000A, all these monoblocks fit on a standard "F" flange facing.
As a standard monoblocks can be manufactured with up to 4 connections per phase and neutral, if longer conductors are required then consultation with opur engineering department is required (handling and installation may become an issue). Standard hole arrnagements are offered with 4 x 10mm holes on 35 x 25 centres per connection (to suit standard LV cable lug), if the customer requires specific hole arrangements to suit cabling terminations we can manufacture to suit there exact requirements.
