Cable Box Fabrication
A standard range of cable box fabrications are offered according to EN50464-1,2&3 (historically BS2562 & BS6435) for use up to 36kV 4 000A. If the standard cable box solutions offered do not meet you requirement we have products suitable for separable connectors (such as Nexans Euromold or Cooper bushings) or we can design a cable box solution to meet your excat requirements. Typical special application fittings within the cable box may be disconnecting arrangements, surge arrestors, thermostatically controlled heating devices or even isolating switches.
Standard Cable boxes
Standard cable boxes can be offered in a range of insulating mediums including oil / compound, air partially insulated and air fully insulated (shrouded).
